Classic Sweet 16
$690 ($230 deposit)

3-Camera coverage of initial formalities

Then continue with 1 camera
✓ Fully edited with titles and video transitions

We start video coverage an hour before the reception to capture in more detail anything that may be planned prior to the reception. This may include a cocktail hour, your photo session, candid moments with your guests as they arrive to the party, etc. We could start coverage at another location if needed (i.e. park or house) within the hours of coverage at no extra charge.
The initial formalities of the reception are shot with 3 cameras.
The Sweet 16 candle ceremony is shot with 3 cameras.
All the preliminaries of the reception, initial formalities, toasts, dance with dad, cake cutting, sweet 16 candle ceremony and lots of dancing are part of the video
Classic Sweet 16 + Photos
$990 ($330 deposit)

✓ First hour of coverage mainly for a photo session
✓ Video and photos during the next four hours of the reception

3-Camera coverage of initial formalities (2 video + 1 photo)
3-Camera coverage of sweet 16 candle ceremony (2 vdeo + 1 photo)
Then continue with 2 cameras (1 video + 1 photo)
✓ Fully edited with titles and video transitions
✓ 4K Digital Video File and all photos taken delivered on a USB Thumb drive

Our only video and photo package. We use the first hour of coverage mainly for a photo session. This is the time for pictures of the birthday girl, her court and close family members. During the 4-hour reception we will be taking both video and photos.

A package for those who would like to get detailed coverage of all the preliminaries leading up to the reception and multiple camera coverage for most of the Sweet 16 party.
We would start coverage two hours before the reception to capture in more detail anything that may be planned prior to the reception. This may include preparations at home or a hotel, pictures at a park, a cocktail hour, a photo session, candid moments with your guests as they arrive to the party, etc.
We would go to any number of locations within the hours of coverage
The initial formalities of the reception are shot with 3 cameras.
The Sweet 16 candle ceremony is shot with 3 cameras.

We would provide you with a YouTube link so you can easily share the Highlights video with friends and family via social media
We will also provide a 4K and 720p resolution of your Highlights video so you can upload it to your own YouTube channel and/or Instagram account.

Discs were once the preferred format for media content, however these have been replaced by the more versatile USB thumb drive.
The USB thumb drive allows us to provide the video in higher resolutions than either DVD or Blu-ray.
However, we still offer the option to get your video on a disc.
$150 for the first disc (DVD or Blu-ray)
$30 for each additional disc (DVD or Blu-ray)
3BABY PHOTO MONTAGE ($90)
An additional chapter with pictures of the birthday girl from baby till present time. These are edited with transitions and background music of your choice. Pictures must be submitted in digital form
4SECURED ONLINE STORAGE FOR 15 YEARS ($150)
A dedicated and secured online place for your Sweet 16 video. A private link would be shared with you to download your video anytime. The link will be permanent for at least 15 years - that is $10 per year! If you lose the link, you can just contact us and we will resend the link to your Sweet 16 video.
